Unfortunately, Carbeyondstore.com does not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items. Once an item has been customized with a name, logo, or any other personalization, it becomes a unique product tailored specifically for you. Due to this customization process, we are unable to resell personalized items to other customers. We highly recommend double-checking all personalization details before placing your order to ensure accuracy. In the event that your personalized item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
