What is your return policy?

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase from Capecandle.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. We offer a hassle-free return process – simply contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return, and they will provide you with a return authorization number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received was damaged or defective. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that personalized, custom or clearance items are not eligible for return. Shop with confidence knowing that we have your satisfaction in mind.
