Our return policy at Canopymart.com ensures customer satisfaction. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. However, please report the issue within 5 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a replacement. We do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to product quality or defects, such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong size. Prior to returning any item, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or ship a replacement product promptly, as per the customer's preference.
