Our return policy at Cains is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact. We do not accept returns on personalized or customized items, perishable goods, and gift cards. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team who will provide you with a return authorization number and guide you through the process. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
