Can I modify my billing or shipping address?

Yes, you can modify your billing or shipping address with Cains. To update the billing address, log in to your account and navigate to the "Account Settings" page. Here, you will find an option to edit your billing address. Make the necessary changes and save the updated information. If you need to modify the shipping address for an order that hasn't been shipped yet, contact our customer support team via phone or email. Provide them with your order details and the new shipping address you would like to use. They will assist you in making the necessary changes. Please note that for orders already in transit, it may not be possible to change the shipping address.
