If you bought something at Cabana Life and found that it was the wrong size, defective or that you just didn't like the style of it, you probably want to return the item and get a refund. To do so, just follow the instructions given below.

Cabana Life's Refund Policy

You can get a refund on most items if you initiate the return process within 30 days of the purchase. Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for a refund. All returned items must be unwashed, unused and come with the original tags, bags and linings.

Making the Return

To make the return and get your refund, just follow these instructions:

  1. Enter the order number in the text field on the top.
  2. Enter your return shipping address ZIP code in the text field on the bottom.
  3. Click on Start a Return.
  4. Enter your email address and any other information that is requested of you.
  5. Check your email.
  6. Print out the shipping email that Cabana Life emailed to you.
  7. Package up the item or items you are returning.
  8. Attach the shipping label.
  9. Mail the package at the US Postal Service.

The refund will be made within five to seven business days of Cabana Life's receipt of the returned items, after they have been processed. It may take an additional three to five business days for your bank to show the refund once it has been made. An $8 fee will be deducted from your refund.
