Our return policy at CDWow.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging and tags intact. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, and they will guide you through the process. In the case of faulty or damaged items, we offer a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference. Please note that certain products, such as digital downloads or personalized items, may not be eligible for return.
