At Build-A-Bear Workshop, our return policy ensures customer satisfaction. If you are not delighted with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 90 days of purchase with a valid receipt. The item must be in brand-new and unworn condition, accompanied by all original packaging and accessories. If you do not have a receipt, we can offer a merchandise credit equal to the item's current selling price. Returns can be made at any Build-A-Bear Workshop store or by mail. However, please note that personalized items, gift cards, and limited-edition collections cannot be returned.
