The cancellation policy for Budget Insurance allows policyholders to cancel their insurance at any time by contacting our customer service team. If a cancellation request is made within the first 14 days of purchasing the policy, policyholders are entitled to a full refund, provided no claims have been made. However, if a claim has been made during this period, the refund will be adjusted accordingly. After the initial 14-day cooling-off period, a cancellation fee may be applicable, which will be outlined in the policy terms and conditions. It is important to note that cancelling a policy may result in the loss of any accumulated no-claims bonus, and any outstanding premiums will be due.
