If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and receive a return authorization number. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or facilitate an exchange. We aim to process returns promptly, typically within 5-10 business days.
