What is your return policy for sale items?

Our return policy for sale items is as follows: All sale items are deemed final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or if an incorrect item was received. If you believe your sale item meets these conditions, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange request. We will require proof of purchase and will provide you with a return authorization number. The item must be in its original condition with tags attached and all packaging intact. Once approved, returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days. Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange accordingly. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
