What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy at Botanic Choice is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. We do ask that you return the item in its original packaging and in a resalable condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
