Books-A-Million has a customer-friendly return policy. Items must be in their original condition, unmarked, and accompanied by any applicable packaging or tags. However, items such as electronic devices, opened CDs, DVDs, and gift cards cannot be returned, unless they are defective. Online orders can be returned by mail or at any Books-A-Million store, while in-store purchases should be returned to the store of purchase.
