What is the return policy for Books-A-Million?

Books-A-Million has a customer-friendly return policy. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase made in-store or online, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund or exchange, provided you have the original receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unmarked, and accompanied by any applicable packaging or tags. However, items such as electronic devices, opened CDs, DVDs, and gift cards cannot be returned, unless they are defective. Online orders can be returned by mail or at any Books-A-Million store, while in-store purchases should be returned to the store of purchase. Additionally, if you have a membership with Books-A-Million, the return period extends to 90 days, and refunds are processed in accordance with the original payment method.
