What is Bluefly.com's return policy?

Bluefly.com's return policy ensures that customers are satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason a customer is not pleased with an item, they can initiate a return within 21 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition, with all tags attached and no signs of wear. Some items, such as final sale items, intimate apparel, and swimwear, are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, customers can submit a request online or contact the customer service team. Once the return is approved, customers will receive a prepaid return label to send the item back. Upon receipt, Bluefly.com will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
