How to Restore a Blog You Deleted
If you deleted one of your own blogs, but then changed your mind, you may be able to recover it. All deleted blogs are kept by Blogger.com for a time after they are deleted. This period is not fixed, and may vary a lot, so it's best to try to recover it is soon as possible. To recover a blog you deleted, follow these instructions:
- Go to Blogger.com.
- Sign into your account.
- Click on the down arrow in the upper left corner. A "Deleted Blogs" list will appear.
- Locate the blog you want to recover.
- Click on the blog name.
- Click on Undelete.
Your blog should then appear in the "Your Blogs" list. If you can't find the blog in the Deleted Blogs list, check that you are signed into the right account. If you are, it might simply be too late to recover your blog.
How to Restore a Blog that Was Deleted by Google
If Google deleted your blog because of a terms of service violation, the process of restoration isn't so easy. All you can do is ask Google to review your blog and reconsider its decision. To file the appeal, follow the instructions for restoring a blog you deleted yourself, but instead of clicking on Undelete in the final step, click on Appeal. Google will look closely at your blog to see if it really does violate its terms of service and will inform you of its decision once it makes one.

If you believe that Google deleted your blog, you should try to figure out whether or not you did violate one of the terms of service before you file the appeal. These terms of service include:
- Respect the privacy of others
- Respect the intellectual property of others
- Do not violate the law
- Do not make threats
- Do not harass others
- Do not post inappropriate content
