What is the return policy?
Our return policy at Bikesomewhere.com allows customers to return any unused and undamaged products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team and provide the order number and reason for the return. Once approved, customers will receive a return authorization number to include with the returned item. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it for any damages or signs of use. If the item meets our return policy criteria, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or clearance items, may not be eligible for return.
