Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and provide a hassle-free shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Beyond-bedding.com, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding shipping charges. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
