At Betterbee, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction and offer a straightforward return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. We accept returns on unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Please ensure all accessories, manuals, and other included materials are returned as well. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details. Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no additional cost to you. However, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Shop with confidence, knowing that we are dedicated to resolving any issues that may arise.
