To request a refund or exchange, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our team will assist you with the next steps, which may include providing a return label for shipping the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or exchange in a timely manner. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
