We offer a hassle-free, 30-day return policy, allowing you to return any product that does not meet your expectations. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact. We kindly request that you initiate the return process within 30 days from the date of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 48 hours. If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead of a refund. Please note that personalized items, such as engraved or resized rings, are not eligible for returns.
