Within this period, you can return the mattress and receive a full refund. We believe it takes time to adjust to a new mattress, so we recommend trying it for a minimum of 30 nights to allow your body to adapt. If you decide to return the mattress, simply contact our customer support team, and we will arrange a pickup at no additional cost. The mattress must be in good condition with no stains or tears. Please note that accessories such as pillows or sheets are non-returnable. With our return policy, your satisfaction is our top priority.
