To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization number. Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
