What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Beadc.com is customer-centric and designed to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, along with the original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund, excluding any shipping charges incurred. If you received a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Please note that customized or personalized items are not eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
