Are there any restrictions on the type of batteries that can be shipped?

Asked a year ago
Yes, there are restrictions on the type of batteries that can be shipped. We comply with the shipping regulations set by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). Therefore, we cannot ship certain types of batteries that are classified as hazardous materials. This includes lithium-metal batteries and lithium-ion batteries exceeding specific watt-hour (Wh) ratings. However, we are able to ship small lithium-ion batteries within certain limitations. Additionally, we may require customers to provide additional information or choose alternative shipping methods to comply with the regulations. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we recommend reviewing our battery shipping policy and contacting our customer service team for any specific battery-related inquiries.
