What is Ball Corp.'s return policy?

Ball Corp. has a customer-friendly return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process the refund promptly.
