How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Provide your order number and reason for cancelation to expedite the process. Keep in mind that orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will need to be returned for a refund.
