At BabyWonderland.com, we strive to ensure your utmost satisfaction with every purchase. Our return policy allows you to return any unwanted or defective items within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact. In the case of defective items, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs. However, for non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping expenses. Please note that certain items such as personalized or clearance products may not be eligible for return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund promptly.
