What is the refund policy?

At Azulio.com, we understand that sometimes the products you receive may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we have developed a comprehensive refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
