Our return policy at Azperfume.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. To initiate a return, customers need to contact our customer service team. They will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions. Please note that some items, such as fragrances, cannot be returned due to regulations. We recommend reading the product descriptions and details before purchasing. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund within 5 business days. However, please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strive to ensure a hassle-free return process and are committed to resolving any issues promptly.
