What is Authentic Smiles' cancellation policy for appointments?

Authentic Smiles is committed to providing exceptional dental care. Our cancellation policy ensures that we efficiently manage our schedule to accommodate all patients' needs. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This will allow us to offer the time slot to another patient seeking dental care. Failure to provide sufficient notice or missing an appointment without notice may result in a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies can occur, and we will consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. However, consistent last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future appointments. Your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy helps us maximize our availability and provide the best possible experience for all our patients.
