Our return policy at Aswechange.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. We kindly ask our customers to include the original receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item. Please note that certain products such as swimwear, intimates, and clearance items may be final sale and not eligible for return. Additionally, return shipping costs are not covered by Aswechange.com unless the item was received damaged or defective.
