Asbury Automotive Group values customer satisfaction and aims to provide a hassle-free return process. Our return policy allows customers to return any purchased vehicle within 5 days or 250 miles (whichever comes first) from the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange. The returned vehicle must be in the same condition as when it was sold and accompanied by all original documentation and accessories. Please note that a restocking fee may apply. To initiate a return, customers can contact our dedicated customer service team or visit any of our dealership locations. We strive to make the return experience as convenient and transparent as possible to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase from Asbury Automotive Group.
