What is the return policy?

Our return policy at Appliancezone.com allows customers to return products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, customers should contact our customer service team via phone or email to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number should be clearly marked on the package when returning the item. Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received is defective or damaged.
