What is the return policy?

Our return policy at Alpenstyle.com allows customers to return any unused and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. We offer a full refund or exchange for the returned item, excluding any shipping fees. In case of a defective or incorrect product received, we cover all return shipping costs. To initiate the return process, customers must contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the order. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receiving the returned item. Please note that personalized or customized items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
