Our return policy at Alltimemedical.com is designed to provide customers with complete satisfaction and peace of mind. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or require changing due to unforeseen circumstances. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Certain items, such as personal hygiene products, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. When processing a return, a restocking fee may apply. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number. Please note that shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
