Our return policy at Alltimemedical.com is designed to provide customers with complete satisfaction and peace of mind. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Certain items, such as personal hygiene products, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. When processing a return, a restocking fee may apply. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number. Please note that shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
