How to Return an Allposters.com Purchase

You're going to need the packing slip that came with your order to make the return, so hopefully, you saved it. On the back of the packing slip is the return form. Just fill it out and follow the instructions on the form to send the returned item back to Allposters.com. If you ask for a refund, you should receive it within 48 hours of the receipt of the item.

If you asked for an exchange, Allposters.com will send it to you in a time frame that depends on the nature of the item. Posters, calendars, photos, prints, T-shirts and magnets will be shipped within 24 hours of the receipt of your return. Special order prints will be shipped in five to seven business days. It will take anywhere from three to 10 business days to ship framed and mounted items. Canvas transfers will be shipped in three to 14 business days. If you opted for standard delivery, shipping should take another three to seven business days. If you went with expedited delivery, shipping will take two to four business days. Overnight shipping goes out within 24 hours.

If you requested an exchange and the item is out of stock, your exchange may take longer.

For returns from Canada, a variety of taxes and import duties may be owed, depending on the item and the location it is returned from. These are not figured into the order or refund amounts.
