Allivet offers a straightforward and hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Prescription medications, vaccines, personalized items, and certain health and hygiene products are non-returnable for safety reasons. All returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 10% or $5, whichever is greater. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by Allivet. To initiate a return, simply contact the customer service team with your order details, and they will guide you through the process. Allivet is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and aims to make returns as seamless as possible.
