How do I return an item?

To return an item, you must first request a Return Authorization number within 30 days of receiving your order. Then, securely package the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your invoice and the Return Authorization number inside the package. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive the item and it is processed, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply.
