To ensure utmost customer satisfaction, Alex's Comfort Shoes has a flexible and customer-friendly return/exchange policy. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have a generous 30-day window to return or exchange the item. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. For returns, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment, excluding any shipping charges. Alternatively, customers can opt for store credit, which can be used on future purchases. Exchanges are available for products of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. Please note that personalized or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Rest assured, we prioritize your comfort and strive to resolve any issues promptly and hassle-free.
