What is the return policy?

Our return policy at Airsoft Megastore is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Certain items, such as gas/CO2, consumables, batteries, and promotional or clearance items, are non-returnable unless defective. For returns due to manufacturer defects or shipping errors, we will cover return shipping costs. However, for non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
