Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and ease of returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Afloral.com, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service team for a return authorization number and instructions. Kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
