What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy at Affordable Rent-A-Car is designed to provide flexibility and convenience to our customers. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and therefore, we allow cancellations without any additional charges up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. If you need to cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the pick-up time, a cancellation fee may apply. However, we do offer a grace period of one hour after the pick-up time, during which you can cancel your reservation without incurring any charges. It's important to note that refunds for prepaid reservations will be issued in accordance with the terms and conditions of the booking. We aim to ensure fair and transparent policies to accommodate the needs of our valued customers.
