What is Adorama's return policy?

Adorama offers a hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging. Adorama accepts returns on most products, excluding certain items like drones, camcorders, and software. Additionally, open items like memory cards and batteries cannot be returned. To initiate a return, you can either contact Adorama's customer service team, use the online return form, or visit their retail store in-person. Once the return is authorized, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label. Adorama aims to process refunds within 7-14 business days after receiving the returned item.
