What is the return policy?

Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We accept returns within 60 days of purchase for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for purchase. If the item was purchased online, it can also be returned to any Aldo store. However, if the return is made by mail, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Please note that final sale items, such as accessories and clearance items, cannot be returned. For more detailed information on our return policy, please refer to our "Returns" page on our website.
