What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy at A Class Student Movers, LLC is designed to be fair and flexible for our customers. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we want to accommodate our clients as best as possible. If you need to cancel your moving services with us, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice before the scheduled move. This allows us to adjust our schedules accordingly and avoid any inconvenience. In case of a cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled move, a cancellation fee may apply. However, we strive to work with our clients and will consider any extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to provide exceptional service while maintaining open communication and understanding.
