Our return policy at 4seasonsnurseries.com allows customers to return any unused or damaged items within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, customers can contact our customer service team via phone or email with their order details and reason for return. Upon approval, we will provide a return shipping label for the customer to send the item(s) back to us. Once we receive the returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days after the inspection, excluding any shipping or handling fees. Please note that perishable items, such as live plants, cannot be returned unless they arrive in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition.
