Our return policy at 1 Sale a Day aims to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. We accept returns for new, unopened items with all original packaging intact. However, certain items, such as personalized or digital products, are non-returnable. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team and provide your order details. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Upon receiving the return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund, minus any applicable shipping fees. Please note that returns may take up to 10 business days to process. At 1 Sale a Day, we strive to make the return process as hassle-free as possible for our valued customers.
