How do I activate my AirtelTigo sim as eSIM in a different country

At present, Airtel Ghana does not support eSIM activation abroad. An eSIM can only be activated while you're in Ghana. It's also essential to ensure that your device supports eSIM functionality. If you are already in a foreign country, we'd recommend contacting someone in Ghana who may assist in carrying out the eSIM activation process. Once your eSIM profile is downloaded and activated in Ghana, you should be able to use it elsewhere without any significant issues. Always remember to choose a suitable roaming or data plan to avoid heavy charges.

How much is airtelTigo pocket mifi?

The price for AirtelTigo pocket mifi can vary depending on the specific retailer and any ongoing promotions or deals. The usual range is between GHS 200 - GHS 300, however, we suggest checking with an official AirtelTigo store or authorized dealer to get the most accurate and current price. Additionally, the pocket mifi usually comes with some free data upon activation, but the actual amount will also depend on the ongoing deals or promotions.

My mobile line has always been on emergency for the past three days, sometimes the message that appears on my screen is 'not registered on network ' I am not able to make call or browse on the Internet

We're sorry to hear that you're facing these issues with your Airtel Ghana connection. This might be caused by issues with network coverage, your sim card, or your device settings. You could try restarting your device to see if that resolves the problem. Alternatively, you could check your sim card in another phone to rule out device-specific issues. You should also make sure that the network settings on your phone are correct and that the Airtel network is selected. If these steps don't resolve the issue, your sim card might be faulty and require replacement. Please visit your nearest Airtel Ghana customer service center for further assistance.

Please I can't dial any number, not even *124# or 100, but i can receive calls. I tried the SIM registration code and after entering my GH card number, name, date of birth, I got a message saying the number doesn't exist

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Airtel Ghana service. From your description, it sounds like a network or SIM card issue. We recommend performing a quick troubleshooting process: first try to restart your phone. If that doesn't work, try the SIM card in a different phone to rule out a phone hardware issue. If the issue persists, you may need to visit a nearby Airtel Ghana store for further assistance with your SIM card or network connection. They can help to verify your account status and ensure that your SIM card is properly registered.

I need to change my sim to esim

At this time, Airtel Ghana does not offer eSIM services. An eSIM or Embedded SIM is a SIM card that is embedded in your device and cannot be removed or transferred to another device. Currently, eSIM services are only available in a limited number of countries and with certain carriers; unfortunately, Airtel Ghana is not one of them. As of now, you will continue using the physical SIM card with your device. You may want to occasionally check with Airtel Ghana for updates and changes in this policy.
