We're sorry to hear about the missing component. Shake 'n Bake usually includes bags for mixing and coating. If they weren't included, it could be a production error. It doesn't affect the quality and safety of the product, so you can still use it. In case of need and you don't have suitable storage bags at home, you can put the chicken (or whatever you are cooking), and the seasoning in a bowl and gently shake it until the chicken is fully coated.
