I have suspended account and need to make a payment

If your Salesforce account is suspended due to non-payment, you will need to settle your outstanding balance as the first step. Salesforce usually sends an invoice to your registered email address. It's advisable to pay this invoice at your earliest convenience. After payment, Salesforce typically requires 24 hours to process the payment and reactivate the account. If you've made the payment but still have trouble with account access, it's best to connect directly with Salesforce's billing team through the help portal or the billing contact information available on your invoice. They can guide you through the account reactivation process. Please note that only an administrator can reactivate suspended accounts.

I need to make an ACH payment but i have been locked out of my account

If you've been locked out of your Salesforce account, you'll first need to regain access to your account before you can make any ACH payments. To do this, you can click on the "Forgot Your Password" link on the login page, and you'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Once you've regained access, you can navigate to the billing or payment section to initiate your ACH payment.
